Hi! My name is Matt Brady and I'm a 20-year-old photographer from the suburbs of Chicago. 

I started my photography journey in high school, where I first picked up a camera in my journalism class.

After putting the camera down for two years, I picked it back up in my second year of college; it would change my life forever.

Drawing influence from the likes of Glen E. Friedman, Charles Peterson, Anton Corbijn, and Nan Goldin, I set out to create the most "in-your-face" and energetic photographs possible. 

I don't strive for perfect quality in a photo; I strive for the viewer to feel emotions when looking at my photos and be inspired to go out and create.

Along with photographing bands, I am also the Editor-in-Chief of the Elgin Observer, the student-run newspaper at Elgin Community College. 

I would love to work with any band/artist/publication in Chicago and the surrounding areas!
